1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bifröst protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the system.

2. Lawful Use

You may only use the Bifröst payment gate for lawful business transactions. You may not use the system to lock ransomware, distribute illegal software, or engage in extortion. Violation of this rule results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all code, assets, and files uploaded to the Bifröst buckets. We claim zero rights to your deliverables.

4. Liability Limitation

Bifröst is a software tool. We are not a legal arbitration service. We are not responsible for client disputes, chargebacks or payment disputes, or contract breaches.

5. Billing Information

Bifröst offers a 7-day free trial upon initial account creation. No payment method is required to begin the trial. Upon expiration of the 7-day period, core account functionalities will be restricted until an active subscription is purchased. All premium subscriptions and payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By upgrading to a paid tier, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dodo Payments customer portal or the Bifröst settings dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
